He was so afraid of all people when he first came home, we had to keep him on a leash, just so that we'd know where he was and so we could keep ahold of him. After sitting around with him all night, I was tugging on his leash a little bit, trying to get him to come closer. He kept resisting, but finally gave in and just fell onto my lap and was asleep within a minute. I think he was just so exhausted from trying to defend himself, and he just wanted someone to love. more >
